Memorial Weekend and New Cousin!

On Memorial Weekend I invented what I call the "Memorial Burger", a seasoned beef patty several kinds of cheese with herbs spread on top. We added bacon, red onions, and coleslaw, and BBQ sauce on a grilled bun. They were super tasty! We also made mango, blueberry lemonade.

On Saturday we went to breakfast with Grandma Bev and the cousins. Then we went to the Wild West Park in West Jordan. While there we ran into the Disney princesses. It was a treat!

On Monday we went to Lagoon and then came back and filled up the swimming pool. Leter we went out for Hawaiian Ice and then to a really fun park!

A few days later, Cherise had her baby! She named her Eloise. She is the first girl cousin that my kids have on my side of the family. So far, June has been fantastic! Oh, and Gabe started drum lessons.
